Payroll

Monthly activities

  • Calculating and paying over to SARS each employee’s PAYE, UIF and SDL.
  • Paying over medical aid and Pension fund contributions.
  • Paying each employee on any set date.
  • Maintaining up-to-date staff files for each employee: This includes deducting leave taken and accruing.

Bi-Annual and Annual Activities

  • Balancing PAYE contributions at the end of each six month period.
  • Issuing IRP 5’s to each employee at the end of each tax year.

The cost to outsource your payroll to Keigh will be cheaper than paying an employee to perform the same job.
Bookkeeping
